Good Education in South Korea

Survey results from UN showed that education in South Korea had the most effective in whole rich country while America and Germany almost the last. Education indicated that achievement and failure didn't participate about funds. For example, In South Korea which had funds for each student in the same price but educated achievement of student was different.

In my opinion, I think education is very important for everyone, so I want Thailand can be like South Korea in one day.
